Weatherford Media LLC operates The LOOM and related tools used to research, create, publish, organize, and evaluate digital content across supported platforms, including integrations with the Threads API and Pinterest API.

Our goal is simple: use authorized platform tools to make online information more useful, understand how our own content performs, improve the relevance of the information we provide, and help interested people discover Weatherford Media LLC products, services, educational resources, and communities.

Depending on the features being used and the permissions granted by the applicable platform, The LOOM may access information through official APIs provided by third-party platforms.

Through the official Threads API, The LOOM may access:

• Posts published by accounts we own or are authorized to manage
• Post performance metrics such as views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, shares, and clicks
• Follower counts and other account-level analytics made available through the API
• Replies to our posts so they can be reviewed and answered
• Publicly available content or topic information where permitted by the Threads API

Reply text may be stored locally to assist with responding to questions and understanding recurring questions or topics in aggregate.

Through the official Pinterest API, The LOOM may access Pinterest information that the applicable account has authorized us to access and that Pinterest makes available through the API.

Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:

• Pins and Boards associated with an authorized account
• Information and metadata associated with those Pins and Boards
• Analytics and performance information for content or accounts we are authorized to manage
• Information necessary to create, manage, organize, or evaluate Pinterest content where authorized
• Other Pinterest information made available through approved API endpoints and permissions

We request only the permissions reasonably necessary for the features being used.

Pinterest login credentials are not collected by Weatherford Media LLC. Authorization is handled through Pinterest's approved authentication and authorization process.

Information accessed through supported APIs may be used to:

• Create, organize, publish, or manage our own digital content
• Evaluate the performance of content we publish
• Identify topics, questions, themes, or information that may be relevant to our audience
• Improve the usefulness and relevance of information presented by our services
• Respond to people who voluntarily interact with our content
• Improve our products, educational resources, services, and content strategy
• Direct interested users toward Weatherford Media LLC websites, resources, communities, products, or services when relevant

Lead generation is based on voluntary user engagement with Weatherford Media LLC and its properties. Pinterest API data is not sold or used to create third-party marketing lists or to target individuals with advertising outside Pinterest.

Information obtained through the Pinterest API is handled in accordance with Pinterest's applicable Developer and API Terms, Developer Guidelines, technical documentation, permissions, and user authorization requirements.

Weatherford Media LLC does not:

• Sell, rent, trade, or license Pinterest API data
• Share Pinterest API data with third parties except where necessary to provide an authorized service or as required by law
• Use Pinterest API information to target individuals with advertising outside Pinterest
• Use Pinterest Materials to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unless expressly authorized by Pinterest
• Collect Pinterest passwords, session cookies, or other unauthorized authentication credentials
• Take actions on behalf of a Pinterest user without the knowledge, authorization, or consent required by Pinterest
• Scrape Pinterest or use unauthorized automated methods to obtain Pinterest information

Pinterest information is accessed only through methods authorized by Pinterest.

The LOOM may use software or artificial intelligence systems to organize information, generate drafts, summarize information, classify topics, improve workflows, or assist Weatherford Media LLC in creating useful content.

Information obtained from Pinterest is not used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unless Pinterest has expressly authorized that use.

Where AI-assisted tools process information retrieved through a third-party API, their use remains limited by the permissions and policies governing that information.

Weatherford Media LLC is a commercial business.

Our content, applications, and websites may introduce users to educational resources, communities, software, products, subscriptions, or other services offered by Weatherford Media LLC or its brands.

A person may become a lead when they voluntarily take an action such as:

• Visiting one of our websites
• Requesting additional information
• Joining a community
• Submitting a form
• Providing contact information
• Registering for a resource
• Purchasing or expressing interest in a product or service

We do not sell Pinterest API data or convert Pinterest account information into third-party marketing lists.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, API credentials, access tokens, and other data used by our applications.

Where practical, information is stored locally or within systems controlled by Weatherford Media LLC. Access to API credentials and authentication tokens is restricted.

Information obtained through an API may also be retrieved again from the originating platform instead of being permanently stored where required by that platform's rules.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to the requirements of the platform from which it originated.

If information originates from a third-party platform, deleting the original content from that platform may remove it at the source.

The LOOM interacts with services operated by third parties, including Meta/Threads and Pinterest.

Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies, terms, permissions, and data practices. Weatherford Media LLC does not control how those platforms independently collect or process information.

Use of a third-party integration is also subject to the rules and permissions imposed by that platform.

Our applications, financial-market content, educational services, and related offerings are intended for adults and are not directed toward children under 13.

Some Weatherford Media LLC content relates to financial markets, trading, investing, or market education.
